Instructions on How to Add a Room and a Task in the CGS System

  1. Adding a Room:

    • Navigate to the relevant stage (e.g., Planning).
    • Click on Create Room or the + icon.
    • Provide a name for the room (e.g., "Inventory Room").
    • Add a description, images, or videos if needed.
    • Once the room is created, it will appear in the Kanban view or the List view under its respective stage.
  2. Adding a Task:

    • After creating a room, click on the room’s title to access its details.
    • Click Create Task or use the + button to add tasks.
    • Provide a name for the task (e.g., "Gather List of Company Assets").
    • You can add more details like a description, estimated time, and instructions.
    • Once saved, the task will appear under the room and be visible in the Kanban view or other task views.
  3. Managing Task Progress:

    • To start a task, you can either:
      • Click the Mark Started button within the task details.
      • Drag the task to the "Started" column in the Kanban view.
    • Move tasks between states (e.g., "Not Started," "In Progress," "Completed") by dragging them in the Kanban view or using the buttons in the task window.
