Instructions for Using the AI Dossier on the CGS System

1. Creating the AI Dossier:

   • Begin by navigating to the Kanban view, and select the relevant project or task. This could be under various project views, such as Kanban, Gantt chart, team view, or files.
   • Within the task, locate the "Create Dossier" option. Name your dossier (e.g., "AI Demo") and describe its purpose (e.g., showcasing AI features for generating a proposal).

2. Uploading and Importing Files:

   • In the dossier creation interface, upload relevant files, such as interview notes, background information (PDFs, documents), or web links.
   • Select the files one by one, and click "Import" to add them to the dossier. The system will generate summaries of the documents, organizing them in the dossier automatically.

3. Analysing the Data:

   • Once all documents and links are imported, you can query the dossier using AI. For example, you can ask questions like, “What challenges does the Saudi Department of Health have?” The system will analyze the dossier and present answers based on the imported content, not external sources.

4. Using Frameworks for Analysis:

   • Leverage built-in frameworks such as SWOT analysis or Porter's Five Forces to break down strategic options or market conditions. These analyses will be generated based on the data in the dossier.
   • You can also visualize the information by creating diagrams and charts, which can be exported into PowerPoint for presentations.

5. Generating Proposals and Translations:

   • Once analysis is complete, use the AI to generate a proposal based on the insights. For instance, you can ask the system to write a short proposal or strategic plan.
   • The system also supports translation, allowing you to convert the proposal into different languages, such as Arabic, directly within the platform.

6. Exporting the Dossier:

   • After completing the analysis, you can export the entire dossier, including all documents, insights, and analysis. This ensures that all relevant data is compiled into one cohesive document for easy sharing or further refinement.
